Cyrium Technologies Appoints Harry R. Rozakis as CEO & President

OTTAWA, Ontario

Cyrium Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of high efficiency Concentrator Photovoltaic (CPV) cells for the solar industry, today announced the appointment of Harry R. Rozakis as Chief Executive Officer & President.

Rozakis, a veteran of Silicon Valley, brings more than 30 years of executive management and technology leadership experience from the semiconductor manufacturing sector. He has spent a significant part of his career working in the Asia Pacific region as well as Europe and North America.

Cyrium is a company with cutting edge technology and a rising presence in the solar industry. Driving manufacturing excellence and solidifying our market presence for CPV applications will be a major focus of mine as I go forward with the Company. I welcome the opportunity to work with the Cyrium team in establishing a leadership position for the Company in the solar industry.

Rozakis has held senior management positions at various semiconductor assembly and packaging corporations throughout his career. He was most recently CEO Vietnam - Chipscale Advanced Packaging Services and previously served as President & CEO of ASAT Holdings Ltd., a provider of semiconductor manufacturing services. Prior to ASAT, Rozakis held senior management positions at EEMS Italia SpA, Tessera Technology, Inc., a San Jose, California-based provider of intellectual property for chip-scale packaging, and ChipPAC Inc., (formerly Hyundai Subcontract Assembly & Test) a multinational IC packaging foundry.

In addition to his executive management positions, Rozakis is widely known for his former roles as chairman of the Micro Electronics Packaging and Test Engineering Council (MEPTEC) and chairman of the Semiconductor Assembly Council, an industry quality organization. Rozakis also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association.

Rozakis holds both a master's and bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
