Customized CPV cells are available through Cyrium's application specific concentrator services. Building on the strengths of the proprietary QDEC product platform, Cyrium offers engineered solutions to optimize the performance of the cell and the system in the end use application.

Aperture size customization

• Tailor cell size to the design, performance and cost needs of the system

Metallization / grid line layout and design

• Custom layout and spacing based on receiver assembly characteristics
• Custom shape and design for maximum performance under concentration

AR coating optimization

• Match to system optical design specifications to minimize performance losses

Bandgap engineering

• Tune cell spectral response to maximize performance based on system optical transfer function and / or installation site geographic environmental conditions - single or dual band-gap

Receiver Development

• Custom receiver assembly development and optimization based on system form factor and performance requirements
